my secrets to a layered breakfast jar…

Creamy, smooth & crunchy
The 3 things I must subconsciously have in my head when making one of these layered jars… because all of them have it. Below are the layers I used for the pic above, however the beauty of keeping these three simple components in mind is you can make each layer with whatever you have on hand. The possibilities are endless!

The Creamy
Coconut chia pudding
5 tbs chia seeds
1 cup of coconut milk (or preferred)
Mix & store covered in the fridge overnight

The Smooth
Nice cream
1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries
2 small frozen bananas
2 tbs bare blends bare berry powder
splash of coconut milk
Blend together in a high-speed blender
This layer also works as a smoothie, just add more liquid.

The Crunchy
Rawnola (sorry, still perfecting this one, I’ll link it here soon)
homemade granola
buckwheat
Any favourite toasted nuts or seeds

Method
Layer your creamy, smooth & crunchy layers together & any fresh fruit you have on hand.

If you are taking this with you on the run I’d recommend packing the crunchy component separately so it doesn’t get soggy by the time you have reached your destination.
