GREEN TEA + COCONUT OVERNIGHT BIRCHER

INGREDIENTS
1 cup of rolled oats
2 tbs chia seeds
3/4 cup of shredded coconut
2 tbs matcha green tea powder
1 3/4 cups of coconut water (I like RawC)
Makes enough for 2-4 depending on your serving size.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all ingredients & keep covered in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning spoon into bowls, glasses or jars & top with your favourite fresh fruit.
It would also be great with something crunchy on top… I’m working on a ‘super sprinkle’ especially for oats, smoothie bowls etc. I look forward to posting that one very soon!
