HIGH VIBRATION RAW SALAD WITH MANGO CHILLI DRESSING

INGREDIENTS
1 mango
1/4 red onion
small 2cm chunk of fresh ginger
1 long green chilli
large handful of coriander (cilantro)
juice of 1 lemon
pinch of sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend together all your ingredient in a high speed blender or food processor. I used a mini food processor.
- *Add more lemon juice or a splash of water if you would like a thinner consistency.
- Pour over bowls filled with mixed green leaves, thinly sliced red & yellow capsicum, cucumber ribbons (I used a vegetable peeler), juicy mango, avocado, a sprinkling of pepitas & edible flowers.
