“TOP O’ THE MORNIN” GREEN TEA GLUTEN FREE WAFFLES

Makes 2 Belgian-style waffles
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp fresh ground vanilla (more if using extract)
1 tbs flax meal
1 tbs coconut sugar
2 tsp Greenwild Culinary Matcha
3/4 cup your choice of plant milk
1 tbs coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Gradually whisk in your milk.
- Whisk in your coconut oil
- Cook to your liking in your preheated waffle machine.
- Top with your choice of fruit & maple syrup!
